Account Deletion

At DTCare, we respect your right to control your personal information. You may request the deletion of your DTCare account and associated personal information at any time, subject to applicable legal, regulatory, and healthcare record retention requirements.

How to Request Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your DTCare account using any of the following methods:

• Through the Delete Account option available within the DTCare application (where supported).
• By contacting our customer support team.
• By sending an email to support@divinetechs.com from your registered email address.

Verification of Request

To protect your privacy and prevent unauthorized deletion requests, we may verify your identity before processing your request. This verification may include confirming your registered email address, mobile number, or other account information associated with your DTCare account.

Deletion Process

After successful verification, your account deletion request will be processed. Unless a longer retention period is required by applicable law, your personal information will be permanently deleted or irreversibly anonymized within 30 days of the verified request.

Information That Will Be Deleted

• Profile information
• Personal contact information
• Profile photograph
• Saved preferences and application settings
• Uploaded documents and files, where legally permitted
• Application data associated with your account

Information That May Be Retained

Certain information may continue to be retained after account deletion where required by applicable laws, healthcare regulations, taxation requirements, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, security investigations, or other legal obligations.

Examples include:

• Medical records required to be retained under applicable healthcare laws.
• Transaction and payment records required for accounting and taxation.
• Security and audit logs required for fraud prevention and system security.
• Information required to comply with court orders, legal proceedings, or regulatory obligations.

Effect of Account Deletion

Once your account has been deleted:

• You will no longer be able to sign in using the deleted account.
• Your profile and account settings will be permanently removed.
• Access to your appointment history, medical records, prescriptions, and other account-related information through the application may no longer be available.
• Any information retained for legal or regulatory purposes will be securely stored and used only for those purposes.
